A super spacious self-contained flat with own private entrance can easily host a family or contractor groups of 7-8 but please note that there is only one bathroom.
Bright spacious lounge forms a lovely modern dining / living area. This forms a great communal and interactive area to dine, socialise and relax in.
Lounge has a comfortable 3 sofa and large single seater with side tables. Netflix, etc enabled TV for chilled out evenings in.
South Mount Street occupies an ideal location close to the city centre, Rosemount, the hospital and University.
Shops and local services are close at hand, 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre: Shopping malls, pubs, restaurants, clubs and nearby recreational areas.
A few minutes walk from post office, pharmacy, grocery stores, and pubs and take out restaurants in Rosemount.
Located on major bus routes, with easy transport to Aberdeen University, Marischal College, Kings College and Robert Gordon University.
Kitchen with breakfast bar to rear and fridge freezer, oven with hob, microwave and washing machine, toaster, kettle and fully equipped with all the cooking and dining equipment you would need; a good range of pans, etc. The dining table comfortably sits 4-6. A handysitt (hooks over the top of a normal chair and has padding and a strap to retain the child to perform the function of a high chair but is more portable and easier to store) can also be provided on request.
Bathroom with three piece suite to rear.
Heating is by gas boiler fed central heating.
Outside there is an off street but shared well maintained garden area.
Vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and hairdryer are also provided.
A travel cot, with 7cm mattress topper for adequate comfort and one fitted sheet will be provided to allow for a great nights sleep for one very young guest! Note apart from the provision of fitted sheets for the cot we do not provide cot bedding as it is out experience that guests prefer to bring their own (grow suits, etc).
A selection of tea, coffee, sugar, etc is provided. A full house manual is provided on successful booking.
