Open and modern yet cosy 2 bed (king & twin – 2 singles, both these could be pushed together to form a king – please request if this is required) with excellent quality mattresses) 1st floor apartment in very central part of Aberdeen so makes for a great base. Free 36Mb/s fast fibre Vodaphone broadband, TV with smart TV stick for Netflix, iPlayer, etc.

The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in. Clean living space with hard flooring flooring laid including lovely open plan lounge space with 2 comfy leather sofas and dining table for 4 forms a great communal and interactive area to dine, socialise and relax in. 

Secure entry (via intercom system to control outside security door) from both front and back doors (back door direct from off road car park behind complex – the flat has one dedicated parking space and there is also space for an additional vehicle in the visitors area). 

Layout is from entering front door; the lobby with coat hanging space, front master king bedroom  (with bedside cabinet/lamps, ample drawer space in chest of drawers) to the left, living / dining room leading to kitchen straight on, bathroom with powerful shower over bath.

The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in. Main living space has natural wood flooring laid to form a lovely modern space to dine and relax in the lounge. This forms a great communal and interactive area to dine, socialise and relax in. 

Lounge has a comfortable cream 2 and 3 seater leather sofas with solid oak side tables. TV with terrestrial channels and NOW TV stick to play Netflix, iPlater, etc through to enjoy your favourite shows after a hard days work or sightseeing!

Kitchen has fully integrated full size 50:50 fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, cafeteria and toaster. Also has washer (with detergent) with iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. It is very well equipment with good range or pans, casserole dishes, etc. The dining table comfortably sits 4 and trays are also provided. A handysitt (hooks over the top of a normal chair and has padding and a strap to retain the child to perform the function of a high chair but is more portable and easier to store) can also be provided on request.

Although breakfast is not provided a selection of tea, coffee, sugar etc is provided.

Vacuum cleaner and 2200w hairdryer are also provided.

The immediate neighbourhood

We are excellently located in the centre of town; a mere 10-15 minutes walk from the main shopping areas, Union Street/Union Square, His Majesty’s Theatre, the beach, Aberdeen University, the Sports Village / Aquatics Centre.

For those using public transport we have the red line bus stop right outside our secure front door which provides excellent links to all one the city and beyond.

There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets (Morrisons is closest) all within a very short distance.
