64 Hartington is a first floor apartment, and with 3 bedrooms (2 kings (one also has a single) & 1 double), family bathroom, kitchen/diner, separate lounge, and 39Mb/s fast fibre broadband this property offers excellent living space for guests to enjoy.
NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have central heating controlled by room thermostat to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.

Master (front of property): Spacious bright room. King size wooden sleigh bed with and single divan bed. Bedside tables and lamps. Seat and table in Lovely large Bay window. Clothes hangers for clothes storage.
Second Bedroom (rear of property): Stylish modern King size wooden bed. Bedside table and lamp. Lovely large box window. Clothes hangers for clothes storage.
Third Bedroom: Beautifully decorated and with a lovely window letting lots of light in during the day (front of property) – Beautiful double size wooden bed. Bedside table and lamp. Lovely large box window.
Double camp bed can also be used in the front room to provide a 5th bed if necessary
Comfortable and spacious lounge with window to the rear, wood flooring and a lovely gas fire and surround/hearth; a beautiful focal point. Our 3 and 2 seater leather sofas provide ample comfortable seating to relax on after a hard days work or sightseeing. 32″ Sony TV with free view channels and smart TV stick to watch Netflix, iPlayer, etc are also provided.
Kitchen/dining room, with wood effect flooring, kitchen has 60:40 fridge freezer, Hotpoint HAG 60 gas cooker with 4 hobs, grill/top oven and main oven, BOSCH microwave, kettle, cafeteria and toaster. Also has Zanussi Jet system turbo dry washer/drier (with detergent) with iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. It is very well equipped with good range or pans, casserole dishes, etc. The large dining table sits 4 and 2 trays are also provided. A highchair can also be provided on request.
Family bathroom with mains fed (from our brand new combo boiler) shower over bath, towel radiator, wc, wash hand basin/storage drawer and finished off with tiled flooring.
There is ample on street parking right in front of the property.
A selection of tea, coffee, sugar, etc is provided. A full house manual is provided on successful booking.
The immediate neighbourhood
Ideally situated centrally in Westoe Crown Village, 5 minutes walk to the beach from the front door! Amazing transport links. Few minutes drive to A19/A1.
In a really quiet street yet less than 5 minutes drive/25 minutes walk to the beautiful Seafront; beaches & parks, bars and restaurants, etc.
Nice restaurants (e.g. Lasun Indian restaurant) and bars (Nine Bar, Hedworth Hall, The County etc) within few minutes walk, and ample shops nearby, local mini supermarkets open till late, and Aldi / 24hr ASDA a few minutes drive in South Shields centre. There is also excellent transport links to Sunderland with a very regular bus service taking approximately 30 minutes including walk to the bus stop from our place.
I will do my best to make guests feel at home and provide as much information as I can on the area as they wish gained from being from South Shields and knowing the area, including Newcastle, Sunderland, etc. inside out.
