It’s all about location with this apartment, being in a really quiet street in the lovely west end neighbourhood yet only a 10 minutes walk to the city/Union Street
Secure entry from both front and back doors (back door direct from the off-road car park behind complex – the flat has one dedicated parking space.
The layout is from entering the front door; the lobby, two good sized bedrooms (king and double beds) with bedside cabinet/lamps, mirrored sliding wardrobes/hangers, ample drawer space in chest of drawers to the left, bathroom with combination boiler fed mains powered shower, straight on and living room and fully equipped kitchen diner to the right.
The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in.
The lounge has comfortable brown leather 2 and 3 seter sofas with side and console tables. Smart TV with NETFLIX, etc for chilled-out evenings in.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, cafeteria and toaster. Also has a washing machine (with detergent) with iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. It is very well equipped with a good range of pans, casserole dishes, a slow cooker, etc. A dining table sits 2.
A selection of tea, coffee, sugar etc is provided.
A good quality hairdryer is also provided.
There is a king and a double bed in the relatively large bedrooms, each able to sleep 2 persons, therefore, the maximum capacity is 4 adults. There are also built-in sliding mirrored wardrobe doors in each bedroom so there is plenty of storage for those wanting to stay longer durations with more personal belongings.
NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodations we have central heating controlled by our guests to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.
Further information on the apartment, how things work, WIFI code, etc will be sent to guests on successfully booking the apartment.
You have the entire apartment, including the free parking dedicated space in the off-street car park (Note: much of central Aberdeen is permit only, including the front street).
Entry: Strictly only persons booked into the apartment are allowed in unless by agreement with myself.
Check-in: Please note we use a self-check-in service which allows a good level of check-in for guests arriving late. Although I do try to meet guests whenever possible please note it is not policy to greet guests on arrival but I always ask guests to contact me once they are into the place and to confirm that everything is to their satisfaction.
