Welcome to the detailed description of our beautiful home which, like all of our other beautiful Dwellcome Home properties, is very Skandi Nordic minimalist styled yet retains the really homely feel of all of our places which is reflected in all of our reviews.

Similar to our other place nearby (Viewfield House); Airyhall House is an established family home (although it is exclusively for guests use only). It has recently been renovated specifically to improve it for guests so meets our very high standards and I guarantee will be ideal for you and your family/friends to enjoy without anything at all to worry about. As with all of our properties our objective is to provide somewhere I would want to (and routinely do) stay with my children. Good quality furniture, linen, towels and soft furnishings are provided throughout and brand new Silentnight 3 Zone Memory Foam mattresses are provided on beds with mattress protectors (which have received excellent reviews from 100s of Airbnb client reviews and countless others from other booking sites, many people saying it is the best nights sleep they have ever had).

Due to its really spacious nature and open living areas you could not have a better place to stay and enjoy gatherings with family and friends or for business trips as it affords you and your group the required space to ensure you are not spending every minute of every day with each other if you do not wish to.

Built from Aberdeens’ famous granite around the turn of the 2nd world war, this great corner plot gets sunshine in the garden, accessed directly from the family dining room patio doors, for most of the day. Outside seating is provided.

Significant renovations and updating has taken place to modernise including; fully rewired, kitchen/dining room extended, cloakroom and family bathroom recently installed.

Being in a very quiet street, there is minimal passing traffic.

Below is a brief summary of what the property has to offer:

Front house: Space for 2 cars on the drive plus free street parking.

Ground floor:
Spacious and bright hallway with coat hangers and ample space for shoe storage in storage cupboard.

Bedroom 4 – Spacious and bright bedroom with a double and single bed, bedside cabinets and lamps.

1st door to the right: very bright and airy lounge with huge 3-4 seater, large cuddle seat, and leather armchair so ample space to relax in. Wall mounted TV provided with free Sky TV channels, Now TV allowing you to play iPlayer, Netflix, etc..

1st door to the left, under the stairs: a cloakroom toilet with wash hand basin and storage unit. Handy when travelling with young children or those who find stairs difficult.

Next to the left: modern, open and bright plan kitchen and dining space; opened up and extended to form a beautiful area to prepare meals with company and dine in with lovely views into the bright garden and direct access via the double French doors. Extendable dining table and chairs enabling 10 persons to be comfortably seated. Iron, cleaning products/utensils provided. Very well equipped; range of pans, casserole dishes, etc. Dining table. Selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate is provided.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs front) – King Bed with built in sliding wardrobes, bedside cabinets & lamps, dressing table, mirror and hair drier.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs rear) – Double Bed with bedside cabinets & lamps, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs front) – Single bed, built in wardrobe.

Family bathroom – Recently renovated beautiful designer bathroom with large bath tub, separate power shower, wash hand basin and large towel radiator.

A travel cot with additional good quality mattress can also be provided on request. Two single airbeds can also be provided to use to take maximum capacity to 10-11 persons, although maximum adult capacity is recommended to be 8 persons. Please bear in mind that although we have a separate downstairs toilet that we only have one proper bathroom currently.

Outside: Spacious back garden is very secluded and private due to being fenced and there is a seating area available in the warmer months.
