IMPORTANT NOTE: We strictly do not accept bookings from large non-family groups (folks coming to the area to party!). I have had to remove guests in the past, police involved, etc and have measures in place to prevent this occurring again so please do not try to book unless you are the right type of guest.

Being well travelled for business and pleasure myself both with and without my children I know what it takes to make a place homely for both adults and kids alike and that is my aim for all of our properties, to create a home away from home for all.

This property has been specifically improved for guests so meets my very high standards and will be ideal for you and your family/friends to enjoy without anything at all to worry about.

As with all of our properties my objective is to provide somewhere I would want to (and routinely do) stay with my children. Good quality furniture, linen, towels and soft furnishings are provided throughout and brand new Silentnight memory foam mattresses are provided on all beds with mattress protectors. Which have received excellent reviews from 100s of client reviews, many people saying it is the best nights sleep they have ever had.

Strictly no parties/events. Only those booked in allowed access to flat.

Open and modern yet cosy 2 bedroomed with 2 beds (king and double with excellent quality mattresses) 1st floor apartment in very central part of Aberdeen makes a great base for work, rest & play. Free 68Mb/s fast fibre broadband, TV with Freeview channels and Now TV stick enabling Netflix, etc to be viewed.

The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in. Clean living space with hard flooring flooring laid including lovely open plan lounge space with 2 comfy leather sofas and dining table for 4 forms a great communal and interactive area to dine, socialise and relax in.

Excellent location; in the heart of the city, less than 10-15 mins walk to Union St, Aberdeen University, the beach, The Sports Village & Aqua Centre.

Newly renovated in Feb-March 2019. Crisp bathroom; bath and power shower.

Comfortably & well furnished to make it a genuine home from home. Kitchen is excellently equipped. Self check-in. Spotlessly clean.

A travel cot, with 7cm mattress topper for adequate comfort and one fitted sheet will be provided to allow for a great nights sleep for one very young guest! Note apart from the provision of fitted sheets for the cot no bedding is provided with the travel cot, this would have to be provided by guests.

Further information on the apartment, how things work, WIFI code, etc will be sent to guests on successfully booking the apartment.

You have the entire apartment, including the free parking space in the off street car park (much of central Aberdeen is permit only). The car park is fitted with parking barrier and a key fob will be provided.

I have spent time here with my two children so you are guaranteed that it will be comfortable and meet my very high standards.
