NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have central heating controlled by room thermostat 100% guest controlled to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.

In a really quiet private street yet less than 15 minutes drive to the beautiful seafront; beaches & parks, bars, and restaurants, etc. Sunderland and Newcastle city centres a short 15-20 minutes or so drive or similar on public transport.

Ample shops nearby, local mini supermarkets open till late, Boldon ASDA is a 2 minutes drive away.
