The maximum number of adults is 5 persons as we have 2 kings and a single, bed, plus could accommodate an infant (if you can bring your own travel cot) so a total of 6 persons in total including an infant.
Set over two floors with amazing spacious rooms and fast 100Mbps fibre broadband throughout, this property offers ample spacious living space for family/contractor groups to enjoy and offers great open aspect, large sunny lawned garden with decking area and outside table and chairs for 4 persons.
NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have central heating controlled by room thermostat 100% guest controlled to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.

1st door to left: Spacious bright lounge with large window to the front to allow light to flood in, wall-mounted electric. With comfortable leather 3 and 2-seater sofas, coffee tables, and brand new 40″ Hisense smart TV with both terrestrial TV channels plus NETFLIX, etc for relaxing evenings in.
Fully equipped bright, spacious family kitchen diner with brand new washing machine, full-size dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer. Loads of built-in storage cupboards. Dining table to seat 4.

Large lawned back garden with a really sunny aspect. Mowed/tidied fortnightly by our gardener.
Bathroom: Clean, crisp and modern newly fitted bathroom with mains fed rainfall power shower over deep bathtub, wash hand basin, wc, towel rad, and enough fluffy clean towels for everyone.
Bedroom 1: Spacious front bedroom – King bed with brand new Silentnight Zone 3 memory foam mattress, bedside cab/lamps, and built-in clothes storage plus freestanding clothes rail.

There is driveway parking plus ample free on-street parking right in front of the property.
The immediate neighbourhood
In a really quiet street yet less than 15 minutes drive to the beautiful seafront; beaches & parks, bars, and restaurants, etc. Newcastle and Sunderland a short 15-20 minutes or so drive or similar on public transport.
Ample shops nearby, local mini supermarkets open till late, Boldon ASDA is a 2 minutes drive away.
