The maximum number of adults is 5 persons as we have a king, double and a single, bed, plus could accommodate an infant (if you can bring your own travel cot) so a total of 6 persons in total including an infant.

NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have central heating controlled by room thermostat 100% guest controlled to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.

From entering the front door:

Spacious bright lounge with large window to the front to allow light to flood in. With 2 large comfortable 3 sofas, and an armchair, coffee table, and brand new 43″ Hisense smart TV with both terrestrial TV channels plus NETFLIX, etc for relaxing evenings in.

Straight on:
Fully equipped bright, spacious family kitchen diner with brand new washing machine, full-size dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer. Loads of built-in storage cupboards. Dining table to seat 4.

Door from kitchen to:
Large back garden with a really sunny aspect.

Upstairs:
Bathroom: Clean, crisp and modern newly fitted bathroom with mains fed rainfall power shower over deep bathtub, wash hand basin, wc, towel rad, and enough fluffy clean towels for everyone.

The immediate neighbourhood

In a really quiet street yet less than 15 minutes drive to the beautiful seafront; beaches & parks, bars, and restaurants, etc. Newcastle and Sunderland a short 15-20 minutes or so drive or similar on public transport.

Ample shops nearby, local mini supermarkets open till late, Tescos a 2 minutes drive, and Boldon and South Shield ASDA is approx 5 minutes drive away.
