NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have central heating controlled by room thermostat to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.

Bedside cabinet & lights, tall drawer unit, chair. And in the beautiful window our matching peacock blue sofa, stool and side table to relax and enjoy a drink at.
Mezzanine level (2.5X2m) – Family bathroom with shower over bath to relax in after a long day, wc, wash hand basin.
Mezzanine level (2.8X2.7m) – Fully equipped kitchen – with gas cooker and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Well stocked with good range of pots, pans, cutlery, cleaning equipment etc. Please help yourself to our range of spices, oils, etc for cooking during your stay. Washing machine plus detergent is provided for you to use during your stay.
Front Lounge Diner (5.2X4.4m) – Comfortable and spacious; with large window allowing in loads of light, great for people watching on the adjacent street. Comfortable 2 & 3 seater leather sofas, and side tables ensure you will have lots of comfortable seating to relax on after a hard days work/sight seeing. TV with terrestrial channels and NETFLIX. Dining table and chairs to sit 6-10 persons
Bedroom 2 (4.5X4.5m) with large comfortable king size and single beds, chest of drawers, chair, bedside cabs and lamps.

In a lovely street yet less than 5 minutes drive/25 minutes walk to the beautiful seafront; beaches & parks, bars and restaurants, etc. Newcastle and Sunderland a short 20 minutes or so drive or similar on public transport.
Nice restaurants and bars within few minutes walk, and ample shops nearby, local mini supermarkets open till late, and Aldi / 24hr ASDA a few minutes drive in South Shields centre.
