Washer/drier with detergent, iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. Excellently stocked kitchen with good range or pans, casserole dishes, etc.
Also please help yourself to the range of take away menus provided (especially the menus from the world renowned Indian restaurants/take aways which line Ocean Road!!).
Heating is central heating powered by our brand new gas combination boiler and controlled using the room thermostat to ensure a constant cosy temperature is kept at all times.
Main Bathroom – unlike most Tyneside flats the family bathroom is directly off the hall and comes with with mains fed (from our brand new combination boiler) shower over bath, towel radiator, wc, wash hand basin/storage drawer and finished off with tiled flooring. Please feel free to use the candles provided to create a nice atmosphere to relax and bathe with.
There is ample free on street parking right in front of the property. No permit is required.
