Set over two floors with amazing spacious rooms and fast 50Mb/s fibre broadband throughout, this property offers ample spacious living space for family/contractor groups to enjoy and offers great open aspect, large 10X15m sunny lawned garden with outside table and chairs for 8 persons.
NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have central heating controlled by room thermostat to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.
Maximum number of adults is 5 persons as we have a king, a double and a single, plus could accommodate an infant (if you can bring your own travel cot) so a total of 6 persons in total including infant.

There is ample on street parking right in front of the property.
The immediate neighbourhood
In a really quiet street yet less than 15 minutes drive to the beautiful seafront; beaches & parks, bars and restaurants, etc. Newcastle and Sunderland a short 15-20 minutes or so drive or similar on public transport.
Ample shops nearby, local mini supermarkets open till late, Boldon ASDA a 2 minutes drive away.
